I have an MBA and ordered this as a gift for a friend who is interested in starting a business.

While the book is light on substance in some areas it succeeds in keeping the reader engaged and the ideas percolating. There are many dry texts on the subject of entrepreneurship. This book is a great companion as it takes a more folksy hands-on approach.

I like this journal. I had been thinking about starting my own business for years now, but didn't know where to start. This journal has helped me get my thoughts and ideas organized. I only started the journal a couple of weeks ago, but journaling everyday has helped me kick myself into action and I have started a few product designs.

This is a great idea for a nightstand book, its well laid out and easy to use.

Has a lot of good prompts to get you thinking about your plans and how to make your business succeed. It feels like the mix of idealistic vs practical is definitely there, I just sometimes wish they were slightly more separated. Still this is a great gift for a budding entrepreneur.

I find this is exactly as described and EXACTLY what I needed.

I thought this would be of a book on how to jumpstart a business but it just asks you a bunch questions and you write down your business plans in this journal. It is helpful somewhat as it puts your goals and ideas on paper but it's not exactly what I had hoped for.

This book is great to keep by your bed or near your desk so that you can work your business ideas as they come to you. Nicely organized and printed.

I was able to stop the clutter in my head and focus on singular points. It kept me from feeling overwhelmed

I can tell when going through this journal that the authors spent a lot of time perfecting the process of building out a business. Once I was through with it, I felt like I know my business more intimately and can easily talk about it now when someone asks me about it. Things I wouldn't think to plan out, like how many products I think I could produce in a month. You take that information and then after a few months you see how many you actually can do, and it really helps. Plus you understand better where your time is going, and how to allocate that precious resources (and where to outsource)!

I ordered this to help me with my thought process as I work on my business. The prompts are very helpful for generating ideas and getting me to think of things I had not considered... or even to just think of certain things in a different way.

It's very helpful and I would highly recommend especially if you are feeling a little stuck.

I have the goal of starting a couple businesses, but like many entrepreneurs, have fears of failure or not a clear path of what to do or where I am going. After browsing a few pages of this book, I feel that it asks some very good questions that you should think about before and during your business journey.

Easy to ready and make notes

This is a wonderful bedside journal for any business owner or anyone wanting to start a business.
I have owned my business for almost 5 years and this was still very helpful in assisting me with redefining my plan and helping me pivot my business.
There is plenty of space to write, and the thought-provoking questions make it very easy to use. I am happy with this journal and will be purchasing more as gifts for some of my small business friends!
